The CEO / Black & White Empire Artist was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and moved to Houston, Texas as a baby. Wanting more for himself and his family at a early age he started cutting yards in the neighborhood with his brother and passed out flyers they had made to gain a clientele, while selling drawings at daycare, to gambling with other kids in the school hallways, and working for his family folding letterheads and helping out around the house for a weekly allowance the hustle was always instilled and imbedded in him. At 11 yrs old he bought beanie cigarettes from the corner store and started selling them to make extra money. When he turned 13 yrs old it was then he was introduced to weed by another childhood friend and from there started selling to everyone he knew.

Growing up around the drug trade and being around gang members at a early age it was inevitable that he would eventually become just that. At 15 yrs old he was arrested for shoplifting and this is also the year he wrote his first rap it was a verse to song that him and a close friend recorded in a Mo City recording studio. Falling in love with the streets the music became his outlet to express everything he felt at that moment. When he turned 16 yrs old he was arrested for a burglary of habitation and got his first felony and was put on probation. Ay the early age of 18 yrs old Benjamin Flow$ was becoming a father of a beautiful baby girl who they named Celeste.
With a baby on the way at 18 yrs old there was a lot of pressure to become a responsible adult.

This is when he was introduced into the cocaine business. Arrested at 23 yrs old for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver the drug task force raided his home with 9 officers and a drug sniffing and well trained German Shepard ( police dog ). Refusing to give up his suppliers and by not writing a statement and not willing to cooperate with the authorities and after a year of going to court he was sentenced to 10 yrs TDC (prison) with eligibility for shock probation after 6 months since it was his first offense as a adult.
At 24 yrs old he was released from prison on 10 yrs of probation. He tried to go the legal route at first walking to work and taking the metro bus and sleeping on the floor at work in between shifts but the streets and the pressure of getting behind on bills and his job not paying enough eventually brought him back to hustling.
Arrested again at 28 yrs old in a high speed chase during a drug bust he found himself facing the system again.
Refusing to snitch and cooperate with authorities again, this time he was sentenced to 5 yrs TDC ( Prison )

He served 2 yrs and came out to a world that had changed since he left. Friends had became informants, and some friends had changed for the better by getting careers or owning businesses while some became more bitter and spiteful from bad relationships and traumatic experiences that caused them to become jealous hateful and envious dickheads. The girlfriend he had moved on with her life and the daughter he remembered had grown up.
Determined to change his life around he wanted to become the very thing he inspired to be. Someone that can make his mom proud, a man who decided he had enough and wanted to prove he could help himself as well as help others. Naming himself Benjamin Flows “ the man who is Making money from his music “.
Working hard and never giving up he created Black & White Empire & Ent. and recorded the best album he could ever give his fans. A piece of his heart and everything he went thru to make his words the absolute truth This is why he titled the album “HeartCheck “

Releasing his first debut single “All About Me“ featuring the Club Godzilla, BeatKing, I think it’s truly time for Benjamin Flows to shine

My name is Keonna Sharett Long I am a God fearing, hardworking, independent single mother who is a devoted singer as well as a model. I am a devote Christian whose love for God is the center of my life I graduated from Mayde Creek High School in 3 years and was in the top 4.6% of my graduating class. I graduated with highest honors, community service award, math and science award, volunteered at as an elementary school tutor and vice president of JV Chorale as well. I also participated in basketball, volleyball, and was a Westside Cheerleader. During this time I also was in modeling school where I grew a love for runway walking as well as being photographed in various scenic settings! I also participated in Ms. Houston, Texas Pageant where I placed number 13 out of 150 participants and sent an invitation to the Ms.Texas pageant.

After high school I went to University of Houston and studied Elementary Education and minored in Spanish.
I was historian of Alpha Lambda Delta Phi Eta Sigma the National Honor Society Sorority and Fraternity for college students. I also made dean’s list for 6 consecutive semesters. During this time my love for children and travel grew immensely. I then decided to make a leap of faith and I moved to Miami and lived there for 2 years. While in Miami I was immersed in a rich diverse culture. I learned a lot of new wonderful things about different cultures, languages, as well as experiencing life as a young adult. I continued to model as well as sing in my free time when I was not working or taking care of children. I loved going to the beach and spending time near the ocean for relaxing a photoshoots also interacting with the locals and learning about their cultures and their way of life. Living in such a diverse city as Miami taught me a lot about tolerance as well as understanding and love for all cultures and their uniqueness.

I came back to Houston after 2 years and had my son Sammie who is my EVERYTHING!! I love him more than life itself and he is the reason I continue to push myself so hard to pursue my career in singing as well as modeling I want him to know that he can do whatever he dreams in life as long as he never give up and works hard for what he wants! My entire world took a devastating turn when I found out I had two aneurysm that were life threatening. I had a thoracic aneurysm above my heart that was the same size as my heart and I was rushed in for emergency heart surgery to have it repaired and was in the hospital for 3 months recovering. During this time my family, friends, and loved ones continued to pray over me and for me. I grew even closer to God and my faith grew stronger. It was one of the hardest and painful times of my life going through heart surgery. At times I thought I wasn't strong enough to make it but God took care of me and I fully recovered. I still have the aneurysm in my stomach but the doctors continue to watch it and I have to go twice a year for Cat Scans to check the growth rate and the repair for the one that is over my heart. I know I am blessed and God kept me here for a reason because 80% of people who undergo the heart surgery that I had unfortunately die within 3-5 years but look what God has done for me I am still standing! After recovering and taking some time off. I worked as a teacher for 3 years, was a promoted to the school accountant for 3 years, and I now work as a property manager.

In 2015 I began singing again and have toured in Austin, Seguin, San Leon , and Houston performing with Badluck Trafficking now known as Benjamin Flows and Slitface A.K.A. Third Degree representing Black and White Empire . We have opened up and performed alongside Dope House Records, Swisha House, Zig Zag of NB Ryders, Mike Jones, Kirko Bangz, Choppa Styles, and also performed at the Los Magnificos Car Show opening up Carolyn Rodriguez. I also had a brief cameo in ‘Mixed Emotios’ music video by Benjamin Flows and also feature on the hot new single “Heartcheck” by Benjamin Flows which has an hot new music video to be released soon.

In 2017 I started my modeling career again and have found true beauty within myself in a new light. Just in one year I have accomplished being on the cover of the June 2017 Swimsuit edition for Jam Source Fashion and Runway Magazine, becoming a brand ambassador for Jeanette’s Unique Boutique, being a part of Fashion shows such as The Annual Hair Show at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Black Heritage Fashion Show at Discovery Green with Headliners Eric Benet and Tamia., helping to put together a Back to School Kids Fashion Show, and various photoshoots for individuals business websites for marketing and promotion. I believe with hard work, determination, and my faith in God that all my dreams will come true and I won’t ever give up or stop trying no matter what obstacles come my way because I am a true testimony that anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself!
